shaktiherbs Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Hello All, I can access the oscommerce admin section, but the order section only displays question marks. It should have several pages of orders. I now have no way of retrieving and processing orders. Someone recently uploaded a couple pictures to the server. After that I couldn't access the admin section at all. Just a blank page. The person did some trouble shooting and reset the login password. I was then able to access the admin section, however; the orders section is still not showing orders. Just question marks. The person reset the password back to the original one because we thought maybe the secure order section may not have been accessable with the new password, but that didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks!
usernamenone Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Question marks instead of words usually mean the language pack is missing. You server does not recognize the language or the web browser does not have that language enabled.

[/quote This is a condensed version of what the text on the orders page looks like (just with a lot more question marks). Why would the language issue only affect the orders section and not the rest of the admin section? ???????????????????????? ??à??????????????????? B?????????????????????? ??à??????????????????? usernamenone Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Have you edited something in a non text editor? If you have then the charset has been changed.
