Just got a new host these are the folders that appear in my ftp account:

cgi-bin

data

errors

html

logs

I don't know what folder to put my oscommerce in. My other hosting company had a folder named "httpdocs" which was the main one.

Depends on your host. May not be in a folder at all but just uploaded or may go in the html folder. Send up a test index.html file to either and see what happens when you go to your web address.

Looks to me that is your root directory.

If you want catalog after your domain name, ftp the osc catalog directory there. If you want want your store in the root, open your catalog directory and ftp all files and directories there.

Your host is using the html folder for you to ftp into.

You should upload your catalog file there by extracting each folder out of the folder it lives in. You will ftp each inside folder into the html folder on your web server.

remember to delete the index.html file first.
