ItsAllGood Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Hi! I'm selling cards for different occasions and i require the customer to provide me with the details they want printed on them. I've tried searching through the forums/contributions with no luck. Does anyone have any idea how i can insert fields where the customer types in the required information if they purchase cards from me? Thanks!
FIMBLE Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 There is already a comments section during the check out process, could you use that instead? Nic Sometimes you're the dog and sometimes the lamp post [/url] My Contributions
ItsAllGood Posted August 4, 2008 Author Posted August 4, 2008 There is already a comments section during the check out process, could you use that instead?Nic I'm not happy with that cause customers will not type it in and then i have to contact them to get the information. I would prefer a solution where i can prompt the customer for the information either when they add the item to the basket or at checkout. Thanks..
