paypal web site standard

I have a site with an order processing issue with the paypal website standard module.

 

There have been dozens of paypal orders in the past month.

 

There have been two where there was no payment on the paypal site, but there was an order in the oscommerce site.

 

These two orders had an initial status of "processing"

 

I've reviewed the parameters on both the oscommerce side as well as paypal. everything looks good. The interface is configured to set the initial status to "Preparing [PayPal Standard]".

 

I've done several oscommerce installs with the paypal module, and never had this issue.

 

Any ideas about the source of the problem?
