Images out of Alignment

I have sliced up my template but I cannot seem to get it aligned up. Any ideas I really need some help and would greatly appreciate your time. You can see all the white space between images that should be flush against each other. I also have a problem slicing up the bottom banner because it was originally sliced as 4 individual logos and now when I made it a full banner it only shows the four areas where the logos used to be.
