Easypopulate problem

Hi,

 

I am trying to download a complete file to edit on easy populate but when i try it hangs for a while, doesn't give me the option to save any file and it says that page is done at the bottom of the windows page and the screen is blank.

 

Any ideas what can be happening?

Did you follow the instructions in the documentation on where you should post your problems and what info you need to provide.

 

Even so I'd look to see if the temp directory is writeable.
