paypal - please help

i have a registered business account with paypal but i cannot work out how to setup osc!

 

i can use paypal standard or express checkout (i have api details etc)

 

i dont know which one is easier to use

 

i put all details in for the express one and an express icon appears at checkout before shipping and address confirmation but no payment option appears in checkout

 

so i thought i'd use paypal standard but there are so many fields to fill in and i dont know what to put where

 

PLEASE HELP
