BarrySmith Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Hi all, This is proving to be a major problem for me  I have managed to intergrate Oscommerce into my website so that if a user visits the forum and then chooses to go back to the shop or another page on the website, the user will still maintain their items in the shopping basket. However I need to change the url discription from www.website.com/products_id=39&sid=9e287ee24fe974b58b3921fa2e5e6457 to www.website.com/product-discription Can anyone please offer me help with this as I have tried to amend the htaccess file to no avail. Thanks in advance. Barry. I have built an online store solely with the help of this forum.

BarrySmith Posted August 10, 2008 Author Posted August 10, 2008 Click on Seo & Sef urls below in my signature Hi Toyicebear, Thanks very much for the help you have given both public and privately to help me sort out this url issue.I have finally managed to load up the ultimate seo url contribution. You will be pleased to hear that I have finally managed to load the contribution but when I go and swtich it on by changing the 'force cookies' option in session, I get the message that the browser must be set to allow cookies and set to medium security. I have acutually done this but the same message keeps appearing? Any ideas why this might be so? Regards. Barry. I have built an online store solely with the help of this forum.
