PAYPAL IPN PROBLEM

HI There , i installed IPN at my store.

all works fine i disabled the old paypal.

now when i checkout the currency is EUR , there is no products listed (on the pay pal site) and amount is set to zero

 

whats going on ?? i have read a lot of people have this issue but never seen a concrete resolution.

also i need to know how to handle shipping on my end , i dont want paypal to do anyof that

my final amount will contain shipping and taxes as per all the zone rules etc

 

please help
