Shipping options says "United States Postal Service" twice.

Any idea where I go to remove one of those so it only says "United States Postal Service" one time? Here is a snapshot of it.

Also, What is the best way to make the options (Express Mail, First-Class...etc) stand out more? Bold? All caps?
