I need to include Terms & Conditions on my wesite http://maomaopethouse.com.sg/index.php. I try to add the text \includes\languages\english but it doesn 't reflect on my wesite. Does anyone knows where is the link on my wesite where I can see the Term & Condition? Please advise me on my errors?

The links are there by default in the information box on a stock version of osc.
