beadsgalore Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Occasionally a new customer will become muddled and not complete the checkout process properly, which we are not aware of until we receive their payment. The items remain in their shopping cart - is there any way to view their cart contents via admin to save delays? I would be grateful for some help
dittones Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Jo, Search for the unsoldcart contribution...it will give you the ability to view and delete the carts...easy to install...remember to backup everything code and database... I hope this helps, dittone
Guest Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 or install the master password contribution which will allow you to login as the customer and then complete the transaction on their behalf.

Thanks for that - I think this is a little beyond me at this stage :) There are files mentioned which I either don't have or can't find, ie phpmyadmin and configuration_group, also there is no Admin/Confirguration/Master Password Settings option in our store. I think it might be easier if I try the unsold cart option at this stage but a master password would be ideal!
