BryceJr Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 Here are your options. 1. Log in to your osc admin panel >>configuration>>cache and set cache to false --OR-- 2.Create a folder and point your cache directory to it. Click Me for instructions
benbow Posted July 25, 2008 Author Posted July 25, 2008 Hi, Thanks for replying so fast, I have already checked the configuration for the cache and it is already set to false, so i will give option two a try, Will let you know if this works. Thanks for your time and help.
benbow Posted July 25, 2008 Author Posted July 25, 2008 Hi, Used the option 2, got rid of all red error messages, but now left with one at the top of the page in pink highlighted box message reads Error: Cache directory does not exist. Please set this Configuration->Cache. Could someone please advise me. Thanks again in advance.

BryceJr Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Change this Cache Directory:/data/members/paid/f/a/fairytale-bridalwear.co.uk/htdocs/www/admin/saved_cache"/" To this Cache Directory: /data/members/paid/f/a/fairytale-bridalwear.co.uk/htdocs/www/admin/saved_cache/ To change that go to configuration>>cache-->cache directory You need to enable cache set to true. If everything works, you'll see in tools-cache control that files are being created.

All files have been created in the file manager / Admin.
