Easypopulate 2.76 with Attributes

I have read other posts regarding this but can't get a solution

 

I have easypopulate 2.76 with attributes.

 

I have some questions which I hope someone will be able to help with

 

i can download my inventory into excel / open office (product model does not come through though - comes through as a date - I have model nos like 2015/4/3 - is there any way of changing this so the models come through accurately ?

 

i save as a txt file and then try and uplodad into Easypopulate but I get the following result :

No products_model field in record. This line was not imported

 

I can confirm that i have a product model ? What is the problem ?

 

How do I delete a product with easypopulate ?
