gregy 1 Posted July 25, 2008 Hi We have number of questions regarding specific products where a lot of them is duplicating, asking about same thing. My idea (i'm no coder or programer) is when a customer submit a question for specific product, it goes into database and when question is answered by admin in administration, Q/A are displayed on product_info for other customers to see that it was already asked and answered.
