Orders went through with HSBC e-Secure v3.1 but show no orders in database or backend

Hi! I have looked through the forum for many hours but cannot seem to find a cure for this problem. i.e I have a module - HSBC e-Secure v3.1 installed. I made an order and it went through successfully but there is a big problem. This order was not stored in the osc database or in the admin backend. Can someone help me?

 

Someone did a few test and said that after hsbc received the order it did not return to checkout_process.php and this is the reason why the order was not stored in the database. I am totally stuck and would be very grateful if someone can help me here. Neil's fix did not work on mine.

 

Did someone have the solution for this? Someone must have had this problem but was solved. Please can anyone help?

I'm having this exact problem too and can't figure out for the life of me why this is happening!!!!!

 

Anybody had experience of this and got a solution?
