dropdown boxes

In the Admin, I need to create dropdown boxes with selection that once selected will be included in the product description

 

example:

 

I sell fabrics online and to minimize the amount of typing I would have say

 

County of origin:

 

italy

 

usa

 

london

 

 

so when you select one of them they show up in the description box, I am willing to pay someone if they can do it and show me how to edit them I would need about 5 or 6 of them ASAP taking all quotes!!!
