H1/H2/H3 Tags - Does OSC have these

I've been doing some keyword density tests on firefox and under the H1/H2/H3 option I never have anything, is it important to have something entered there, if yes, how do I do it?

The Header Tags contribution adds H1 and H2 tags for your main page, category and product pages. Or you can add them yourself where you want them to be.
