Easy Populate Date Available simply does not work ?

Hi,

I have Easy populate installed and just noticed that date available never works.

As a result, this permanently places all uploaded products via EP in the "expected products" list, therefore in the "what's new" list as well, always with a NULL "available date"

 

I did a few tests.

I made a test EP product with an expected date and uploaded.

Everything about the product is uploaded properly, except the available date.

When I get the confirmation (New Product!) page in the admin section after uploading, I can clearly see that the expected date has been uploaded, but when I go look in the expected products, the product is there with the available date field blank.

 

I then manually, from the admin's expected product page, changed the available date to 2008-01-01.

I then created the EP file and downloaded the file to my computer.

When I view this file, there is still no available date.

 

This means that whether im uploading from my pc to the server, or constructing a list of my online products from the server to my pc, the available date is never transfered.

 

As long as I can tell it's always been like this.

 

Also, not that I use Excel and have properly formated the date columns by setting their format to custom and "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss".
