Hi all

Another company have set up a protX account on behalf of my client (Don't ask its just too long and complex). I have added the vendor name and the encryption password, but I get the following message on a test transaction:

VSP Form Transaction Error

This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

Status: INVALID

Status Detail: 5030 : Unable to decrypt the request message. This might be caused by an incorrect password or invalid encoding.

Its VSP Form thats been set up and I am using the protx form contribution. is this the problem?

Any help would be gratefully received.

TIA

Debbie Harrison

I just Googled the error and came up with this:

Click Me

Maybe it helps... Maybe it doesn't...

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
