MySQL Database Error

In OSC Online Merchant V 2.2 RC2 admin section under product attributes, after I click 'insert' to insert text box attributes for products , I have the following error message:

 

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

 

insert into products_attributes values (null, '32', '8', '0', '0', '+')

Any idea how do I fix this in the database?
