product listing setup and Access Denied

I run the file in the admin and I don't know why I get this error saying ACESS DENIED, I am the only admin, does anyone know how I can fix this am I missing something with rights I just don't know any help would be great THANKS

I am having and had simular problems

Go to administration then file access

select the category of files folder

click the folder then in the dropdown menu

on the right select a file that should be associated with

that categoryand select save

that should do it

 

I am not a programmer but this worked for me
