stock for every size of a model

Hi,

 

I am building a shop for shoes (both men and women) + accessories.

 

As shoes have different sizes I and I only have a few items of every size at stock, I want to have the possibility to add the stock (in admin area) for each size of every model.

Now it is only possible to add stock for the total of all sizes.

 

I have now used the products attributes in Catalog (admin area).

This also is quite a hassle, meaning to add the option values for each item.

 

Perhaps there is a simple way to change these things?
