hawanam Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 Hello, I installed my oscommerce site just fine. it works well. However, I noticed that on my 'home lap top' the 'OSCommerce banner' does not appear on the footer of the page. Yet, that same banner appears fine on my 'business lap top'. Both lap tops run on Windows XP. Is there a special piece of software (or add ons) that I should have installed on my 'home xp'? (PS: I've tried uploading a different banner, but the same behavior persists). I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue... Thank you in advance.

If you just restart the computer or do a hard refresh (holding the shift key while clicking the refresh button) it SHOULD open it fresh without using the cache. I have tried your suggestions to clear the cache, but did not make a difference... It just seems that my computer is missing a piece of software (add on module) that is used for displaying the banner...All other pics appears just fine, something is unique about the banner...any clues? Thanks.
