My Profile, My Basket, Checkout

Since installing the deafult oscommerce i have removed the three images from the header which represented these three options but i was wondering if i could modify the text which is left to the far right of the breadcrumb so they are images instead.

 

I would like to make My Profile into a button, My basket into a button, and Checkout into a button.

 

And finally when the customer logs in i would like to make the Log Off text which appears aswell into a button.

 

How would i go about making this modification?
