Looking for ecommerce apps

Hi Guys,

im under depression compiling this things out, and taken all of my time. apologize if i drop this discussion under the wrong forum.

 

I'm looking for e-commerce application, that have this capabilities below

 

- Shopping cart

This osCommerce already had shopping cart feature that allow paymeny transaction. however, i would like to have a flexibility for customer to pay offline, such as bank transfer. all orders will still recorded into database. however, customer who intend to purchase the item shall submit their bank account number, and confirm the transfer manually.

 

- Wish Lists such for wedding registry, baby registry etc...

Customer who registered onto the sites, able to create a wishlists, and emailed to selection people/collegues/friends.

Collegues who receive the notification from customer, able to see the wish lists and pick up the lists and make transaction from the sites. and the lists will be marked as purchased. others collegues or friends who intend to give this such for a gift may select other option.

 

- Customer add product.

Customer who registered onto the sites, also allowed to sell product under approved by administrator.

 

- Forum

sites may have a forum for discussion

 

- Banner Manager

Manage the banner.

 

is there any such application as requested above..? please advise, and i really appreciate for your help.
