Problem Adding Product Attributes

Hi

Can anyone provide a solution to the following:

 

When I add a product attribute I get the following error -

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

 

insert into products_attributes values (null, '117', '6', '21', '0', '+')

 

[TEP STOP]

 

How do I get round this?
