Guest Posted July 21, 2008 Posted July 21, 2008 I have been trying to figure this out for days. When a customer logs in to purchase, they select a product and proceed to checkout. When they reach the shipping section their previously added address and other info is blank! In the admin when I click Customers and select a customer to edit, All the the fields are blank. When I open my database in PHP My Admin, the details are there under the customer file. This is a live store and I now have no way of completing an order because of the shipping. If you want to test without having to pay for shipping, turn on your cashiers check/money order module as you check out and then off once you see checkout_success.php.

I did test this when I installed USPS Methods but for some reason it does not work now. I got UPS shipping to work by deleting all the customers from the database, saving them in a backup file of course. USPS still is inoperable.
Guest Posted July 21, 2008 Posted July 21, 2008 I fixed it! I had to delete all the customers from the database, then delete all of the sql files for USPS. Then re-install the USPS Methods contrib. The key was to delete the sql files when using version 3.0. I hope this helps someone else!
