I am getting below error. i am using oscommerce-2.2rc2a with paypal standard. Please help.

Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.

I got this error when tested as customer purchasing in the store and paying thru paypal. Please let me know where i can find which value is being sent.

Hi all,

I'm getting the exact same error. My site has been up and running for a while now but every timw I get a customer from USA they get this error.

I have completed sales to other EU countries with no problem but any USA address throws up this same error.

Any ideas folks?

The fastest way to come to bug is to collect the response and request generated and recd respectively.

Then either analyse or paste here.

Hi Satish,

sorry mate your going to have to be a bit more expansive I'm afraid. I assume the info will be available from my admin screen,(if not do I have to copy it from a file somewhere?) so if you tell me where to look and what to copy I can paste it into my next post.
