I have no experience uploading catalog type data to any shopping cart. My store is located at www.selefdefensecure.com. Thank you in advance for your help!

Thank you for your suggestion! I understand the manual option through the admin. Specifically, I'm looking a solution which will facilitate the ability to create a table with the pertinent data required then upload it into my store's catalog database via a batch process. Does anyone have any experience with this process?
