Hi all,

Just something that I have noticed and want to change on my site, however I cant seem to find how I do this. What I want to do is change the standard text which gets sent to the customer when I click that the status say has moved to "processing" or "dispatched".

Currently the message is simple and just says the status has changed to ... and for more information reply to this message - again something that I dont want the customer to do as the email address used is a "noreply" one I have my own customer services email address. All of what I think I want could be achieved if I could enter my own custom message in the status emails sent.

Have I made sense in what im asking here, as im confused myself on what this issue would "technically" be called. lol It would be great if people could tell me where I look or how to do this.

Many thanks.
