Display SUB-SUB Categories in Main Section

I would like to be able to show the subcategories' subcategories in the main section. Let's say I have a main category "Tools" and three subcategories, "Hammers" "Saws" and "Drills". Under "Hammers" I have three additional subcategories, "Wood", "Nickel" and "Titanium", each with several products.

 

Currently the left navigation parses out the subcategories when clicked:

 

TOOLS

Hammers->

Wood

Nickel

Titaniam

Saws

Drills

 

But the main body does not. In other words, if I click on TOOLS, it shows the three subcategories. If I click on "Hammers", it goes to products, not Wood/Nickel/Titanium.

 

Is it possible to do what I am asking? I am basically looking for one more layer of drill down in the main page showing sub-sub-categories.

never mind. The store does do this unless there happens to be a product residing in the higher category level. All solved.
