IS it purely because its an older snapshot? Do you have the helpdesk_departments table definition set in catalog/includes/application_top.php? edsiosis Posted January 6, 2003 Author Share Posted January 6, 2003 yeah i already edited the the php file and posted my version to your contributions. it was due to the $breadcrumb string, my snapshot from nov 2002 doesnt support that. must have been added after.
