bug? Language and prices defaulting to zero

Hello,

 

I've installed oscommerce on a test server and to add a translation,I copied The english files and translating my self

 

any way ,all went fine untill I added a new currency,I logged in to phpmyadmin and modified the prices to reflect the price in the new currency,however, the default currency is still us dollar in the main page and now all prices appear zeros untill I manually change the currency, and to see the prices in us dollars I have to change the currency to a different currency then change back to us dollars

 

I'm using the latest 2.2 rc2 version
