Does BTS change files in Configure.php. The invoice is no longer sent to the customer.

I have an OS2Max installation which uses BTS. I upgraded to 2.2 and added fancier invoice. The invoice is no longer sent to the customer. I can send email from the admin panel, so it is not a mail problem. Also, the items are ordered and an email goes to the store owner and to me.

Question, Fancier Invoice does not seem to mention BTS configuration. Does the BTS system require changes in the configure.php?

Any other items I should look at.
