backup and recovery urgent urgent

Dear all,

I backup one copy with many works on the oscommerce in a good stage and called "osc backup"folder at 12:00

And the osc backup is the same as current 'osc' folder at 12:00.

What i did is on the current 'osc' folder I then worked and installed a new featured products installation at 12:30 p.m. and upload to the server. Now I go back to the catalog, it returns all blank and

admin page also all blank and gone when i tested it. Then I used and copied the 'osc backup' folder of 12:00, just the osc>catalog>admin and includes folder on my local Harddisk, overwrote the 'osc' folder of my local Harddisk. And then just upload that to the remote. It still all blank and gone when I typed in the website address of my own store catalog and

admin page too. Please help! Very urgent! How can i recover it.

Try also to recover the backup of your database. That might help you. If not, you have to ask someone to do it to see what's the real problem on it.

How about I put an install.php black to the directory and install it again. Also, how to recovery the database.

Should I recovery on the MYSQL at the myphpadmin or recovery if i install it again.

 

Please please help.
