order status with download AND phsyical items

the problem im having is.. what to do when someone buys a downloadable AND physical item?

 

right now, if you buy either it just says "Download Available". but say a person only buys a shirt? it says Download Available.. but, duh you dont download a shirt, it should say Processing or Pending.

 

it works great if all they buy is a downloadable item.

 

now say they buy a shirt and game.. what do you have it say? "Processing (Downloads are Available)" i think would work but i cant find a way to tag which items are physical and which are downloadable and then for the script to think something like:

 

- only downloadable items -> set download available

- only physical items -> set processing...

- downloadable AND physical items found -> processing (downloads are available)

 

has anyone else ran into this problem? what did you end up doing?
