Our online store is all set up and live, however I've searched this support forum all over and can't seem to find any help on setting some items to ship off the table formula while exempting certain others from shipping charges at all. The reason is we're an online florist and seasonal decor shop--the hardgoods need to have shipping calculated off of the table method in the Shipping module and then through the Product Attributes section I want to set the option for flower arrangements to either have a local delivery charge in the drop down menu or no charge if they are picked up at our brick and mortar location. I've got that part (the attributes section) figured out. I know someone's probably got a quick link that explains how to do it, I've looked a bunch of places already, any help anyone can give is appreciated! Quote
ohama Posted July 21, 2008 Posted July 21, 2008 If you're using the Table Rate method based on weight (with each item weighing "1"), I would try setting the free-shipping products to a weight of 0. Personally, I'm looking for a hybrid solution because the Table Rate doesn't work for me after about the first 6 pairs of quantity:cost. I'd like to leave the low quantities on Table Rate and go with a per-item quantity of every higher quantity. :angry: Quote
