Format site as product list

Hi All

I'm looking at the possibility of creating what 'looks' a simple idea, but probably isn't. It would be great if I could lay my hands on a contribution for this but have had no luck finding one. Basically the site has limited images, probably just a category image, so that product listings will just be a list. This list however will contain specific headings: product code, description, colour, product size, pack size, case size. That's possibly the easy part, because I ideally want all this information uploadedable via the 'easy populate, Excel sheet.

 

Any ideas for a start on this would be great. Here's a snapshot of the kind of thing
