Product Attributes - Size , Colour etc. HELP

Hi there I am fairly new at this and need some help...

 

I am running a clothes store , I have lots of brands and shoes etc. I need to find a quick way of listing all the sizes, at the moment I have to add new product attriubutes to each product one after another so if I have a shoe from a size 8 - 11 i have to enter each size individually. This is fine few a few products but I have 10 brands with twenty diffrent models and 6 diffrent sizes.

 

So what I am asking is there a quick way to add product attributes - For example I have a style and I have size 6 to 10

 

I want to enter as a job lot instead of individualy each size.

 

Is there a way of doing this.

 

Does this make sense ??
