The issues is that the Mail companies out here do not have any xml module available I would like to develop a Shipping contrib for Colombia! Could anyone give me the big lines on how to proceed? The other way is cretae a table and place some values. Say dest_zipcode,amount,wt,cost. Now Your code will take logic form this and come to the calculation for shipping.
