Table Shipping - More then 255 Characters - How to configure?

The maximum entry for shipping table rates is 255 characters, my rates have about 1000 character, so they get cut off quite quickly.

How can I configure the software to accept more then 255 characters?

I read about an external table, but could not find any contribs relating to this problem.

I'm sure many people must have this problem!

 

My table rate is as follows:

So customers ordering over 25kg get a $0 shipping rate because it is out of range. I need to accept up to 100kg.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would be willing to pay if someone has a quick solution that they can implement for me.
