is there a way to add emails to the sign up for a news letter ?

Hi

Is there a way to add a list of emails to the newsletter section ?

On my last website I could upload a cSV or comma desimated File to lists like.

 

List 1. New Clients.

List 2. Opt out of all emails

List 3. Clients I have been dealing with.

 

 

Any ideas ?
