Product Attributes

i would like to create conditions for the pull-down menus created in Product Attributes. EXAMPLE: a user wants a specific product attribute (size, color, etc.) which then creates a condition other product attribute (EXAMPLE: a shirt in blue cannot be large)

 

How do you do this??
