styles and images not found

Hiya,

 

I was wondering if anyone can help with this as I tried so many times but I'm still getting the same error.

 

I installed os following the instructions - had to uploaded in portions though as the zip was too big and exceding the max allowed.

 

the site works fine, but some of the images on site and admin don't show and also all the css styles in admin seem not to be applied.

 

the paths look fine and files where they should be so i have no idea.

 

can anyone help with that. it will be much appreciated.
