Categories/product catalouge dissapear

Hi!

Im having a problem. When Im implementing a new language (norwegian in this case) and I delete the english default language, the categories/products in the admin section dissapear. Why is that? In addition, if I try to add new categories it won't "save". The result is that there is nothing there and I can't add anything new.

Any help/thoughts on this would be greatly appriciated!
