Where to get chinese gb2312 Language version?

I downloaded and installed

Chinese Simplified Language (gb2312 code) http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/313

But it doesnot work. No support, readme links are not invalid any more.

Can somebody else tell me where to get chinese language modules.
