Configure.php Permissions

Hey there. This is my first time using OS Commerce, so I am a bit new to all of this. I installed a template onto my OSC site and I think everything went well except for one problem. When you load the site, it gives the following error at the top of the page:

 

"Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home2/onestopm/public_html/osc/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file."

 

I have tried changing the permissions to both 777 and 706, which I read on another site were the two to use....but I still get the same error message. What should it be set to?

Thank you for the help! Changing the permissions to 444 finally did the trick.

 

I have one more question....I'm working with the Greenmania template and I want to put a description above the products on my index page. My problem is that my TEXT_MAIN isn't showing up on the index page. I checked over my coding and everything looks right. Is there perhaps another file or includes page that could be blocking this from showing up?
