cannuck1964
Hi all, Here is a solution to having your site text easily modified via a admin tool. I have migrated the existing text files to a DB table, and created a editing tool to modify the catalog site text. Currently, about 99% of the text is handled this way on my site. With the remaining still in place in the file. The text with php code embedded is still held in a file..... cannuck1964
Hi all, After submitting this, I was notified that the SQL script to load the table data is not working right, I seen what the problem is, and to fix it, you will need to open the file web_site_content.sql at the very end of the file, you will see a comma this needs to be changed to a semi-colon. Sorry, I just did a table dump and re-arranged somethings..... cheers, Quote Peter McGrath ----------------------------- See my Profile (click here) for more information and to contact me for professional osCommerce support that includes SEO development, custom development and security implementation
