cash back and SID (shopper ID)

hello everybody,

 

I am looking to set OS COMMERCE to manage a cash back site.For those who may not have clear idea, cash back sites do not sell stuff rather than advertise for other retailers then reward the shoppers when they buy through or using the cash back site links.

 

to do so I need two features

1- I have to be able to reward the members or shoppers with points that can be redeemed for money.

2- I need to know who is the shopper bought from the retailer using the links on my site. to do so I have to include SID (shopper ID) in the links on my site. every member should have a unique SID included in the links when he sign up.

this is important to know the shopper when the retailer site tell me that a sale has existed as they will tell about the link that lead to the sale.

 

I hope that you please tell me about how to customize the links to include SID

or any other way to set a cash back site
